Fixed the ground truth label NZ_DS264585.1 being to small by changing it to NZ_DS264586.1 which belongs to the same species

Created script for splitting up data. This version was used to extract the 10% of the reads that we use for hyperparameter optimisation.

Added script that takes in fastq files and converts them to fasta files with a filename that corresponds to the original fast5 read
