Change folder name in script so functions can be imported correctly

Only the GHS-Built-S layer can be used at the moment, so info has been changed according to the current script

Make start for frequency map for the urban clipped raster files

Change folder name for function importing

Update SAR clipping script so the new layer from GHSL can be used (due to different crs system)
Change output directories
Saves images with correct names to output
Changed info about script (main.py folder)

Improve import of functions so they appear on one line

Improve script, dest_name now overwrites dir. if it already exists and no errors are raised

Small changes within description of code

Delete and add files
