Remove existence of ASTER from .idea folder

Workum, Dirk-Jan van requested to merge fix_cleanup_aster_in_idea_folder into develop

I just noticed that there is one tiny reference still to the existence of the old submodule ASTER that was not removed by !77 (merged). This had no effect on the git or the code, but the IDE was complaining about it.
