Adding missing dependencies and steps for a working set-up in a newly installed Ubuntu 24
Hi,
Last week I tried replicating this process for my Husky. I encountered a couple of problems in the form of needed dependencies for the system to run (even though colcon build on husky-base finishes). Missing dependencies were" ros-jazzy-ros2-controllers ros-jazzy-control-toolbox ros-jazzy-robot-localization
Furthermore, I added the step of including the user into the dialout group for usb to serial adapters.
