    - Remove dependency of Pfam clans file. This information is stored (and read,
anyway) in the main pfam .hmm file. Besides, the clans file depends on the Pfam
version (and would've been responsability of the user to keep it updated)
- More information in the anchor domains list file
- Minor improvements (like redundant integer conversions and unhelpful print
messages))
