Pipeline https://git.wur.nl/bioinformatics/pantools/-/pipelines/91463 failed, and the reason being was installing the tests/envs/ environments for the end-to-end tests. Digging into this, it seems that updating MAFFT from 7.520 to 7.525 fixes the issue.
