Reduce build_pangenome logging

I noticed that pantools build_pangenome debug logs are extremely big, potentially affecting the speed of build_pangenome even. This merge request puts the debug statement for connection of nodes to trace instead. I don't think this needs mention in the CHANGELOG.md?
