Fix mistake in msa --phenotype documentation

Workum, Dirk-Jan van requested to merge fix_documentation_msa_phenotype into develop

Even though !145 (merged) made the --phenotype parameter for pantools msa a boolean, not all documentation was consistently updated. This merge request fixes that by making clear in the documentation that --phenotype for pantools msa is a boolean and not taking any strings.
