Fix CI/CD pipeline

Workum, Dirk-Jan van requested to merge update_reference_cicd into develop

CHANGE REFERENCE COMMIT HASH to work with change in pantools map cli. This is needed because !170 (merged) changed the way pantools map works with selection of genomes.
