Update readthedocs documentation

This merge request will update the read the docs documentation with the following features:

• Remove all duplicate labels from documentation
• Make CI/CD and pre-commit hooks more strict to prevent "weird" documentation
• Include a developer guide
• Simplify install in user guide (to distinguish it from developer guide)
• Something is wrong the the workflows, no diagram is rendered only the text itself
• Add graph database schema to developer guide
