Add PanTools workflows to read the docs

Workum, Dirk-Jan van requested to merge add_workflows_to_readthedocs into develop

Since PanTools has grown to a large collection of subcommands, I thought it might be useful to create some workflows and add them to the readthedocs.pantools.io documentation. Feel free to checkout this branch and add your own workflows! Also, do you agree with the position and layout of it in the documentation?
