Add badges to README

Workum, Dirk-Jan van requested to merge add_badges_to_readme into develop

Since I am in the process of adding the new releases of PanTools to bioconda, I found out that we can add badges that refer to things like anaconda/bioconda pages, number of downloads but also CI/CD pipeline status.
