issues with newest scikit-learn

"I was having some trouble on a fresh conda environment for bigscape and noticed a break when calculating the networks (post-hmmer). Following along with the install page, I was using the latest scikit-learn (0.20.2) and the break has something to do with that. I'm not exactly sure what the issue is, but it's resolved by forcing scikit-learn version 0.19.1 in the environment setup."
