Define architecture of LandPKS system
Buidling bloks of LandPKS system needs definition taking into account:
- User categories:
- farmers/on the field officer
- (extention/fertilizer) managers
- planners and NARS
- Processing functionality (depending on the above)
- Expected usage
- Portability to mobile app and integration with other ISRIC inititaves (mainly for front end, see the related issue [here] (#10 (closed))
