Include k2p persistence data in pathogenflows

The k2p persistence data is downloaded from a data server and thus requires internet connection to run the human pathogen flows. The data file can also be included in the pathogenflows package which has a few advantages:

• no internet connection required.
• not dependent on data server availability
• the data file can be traced in the git version control.
