Wrong syntax of calling kmc_tools when using `add_genomes` function

The issue might comes from line 299 of src/main/java/nl/wur/bif/pantools/construction/index/IndexDatabase.java: should be kmc_tools simple oldDB_prefix newDB_prefix union mergedDB_prefix.
