wrong running message from "add_repeats"

when using "add_repeats function" with option --connect pantools add_repeats DB repeats.txt --connect --strict, the program returns [INFO ] --connect-annotations was not included. Repeat nodes will not be connected the nucleotide layer.. According to the manual (https://pantools.readthedocs.io/en/latest/construction/annotate.html#repetitive-elements), adding --connect option should Connect the annotated genomic features to nucleotide nodes in the DBG.
