Job Failed #199594 (incongruency between VCF and PAV information)

Job #199594 failed for d37d4a7e: I found out that there is an incongruency between add_pavs and add_variants: add_pavs will add a variant node even when the mRNA node doesn't have the "protein_ID" property, whereas add_variants does not do so unless the variant node already exists. This causes the mistake seen in the failed pipeline.
