Use of -i parameter with path to folder
Issue from Fang (Chris Voigt Lab, MIT): One thing with BiG-SCAPE is that I could not get the -i parameter to work if the input directory is written in the command as an expanded form (e.g. python ~/bgc_networks/bigscape.py -o ~/bgc_networks/outputfiles -i ~/bgc_networks/genbankfiles), but works when inside the directory and abridged (e.g. python bigscape.py -o outputfiles/ -i genbankfiles).
